 This company has terrible business practices. We booked a pre-arranged Limo from Pearson to Burlington only to find out that the limo was not waiting when we got their nor was it listed with Pearson's pre-arranged counter. Furthermore when we went to pay we were told their was a $10 fee for pre-arranging limos from Pearson. To add insult to injury when I complained I was told that if I had called from the airport I would have been charged the same as if I pre-arranged (so much for the 15% discount they advertise on the website) and there would be no $10 fee. This company is a total scam DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.
